Welcome to Good Work Studio (registered as Goodworks Graphic Design Services). By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.



1. Service Description


Good Work Studio provides a flat-rate, subscription-based graphic design service delivered remotely and asynchronously.

A subscription grants the Client access to ongoing design support according to the selected plan. Services are capacity-based and do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or launch timelines.

Good Work Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.




2. Request Management & Fulfillment


2.1 The Queue

  • Clients may submit unlimited design requests.

  • Requests are completed one at a time, in the order received.

  • Work begins only once instructions and required assets are provided.


2.2 Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary by plan:

  • Socials — 2–3 business days per request

  • Pro — 1–2 business days per request

  • Grow — 1–2 business days per request


Larger projects (e.g., brand systems, multi-page documents) will be divided into milestones. All turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on complexity, clarity of brief, and client response time.


2.3 Revisions

Unlimited revisions are included per active request. Work on a new request begins only after the current request is approved. Revisions must remain within the original scope — substantial changes to direction or concept may be treated as a new request.




3. Scope of Services


3.1 Included Services

Design services may include:

  • Social media graphics, stories, and ad creatives

  • Brand identity assets (logos, marks, colour systems, typography)

  • Marketing collateral

  • Presentation decks (Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides)

  • Landing page and web design (design only — no development)

  • Sales collateral and one-pagers

  • Email graphics

  • Digital creative assets


3.2 Exclusions

The following are not included unless explicitly agreed upon in writing:

  • Website development or coding

  • Advanced motion graphics or video editing

  • Copywriting or content strategy

  • Printing or physical production

  • Paid media buying or campaign management

  • Legal trademark searches or brand clearance


Good Work Studio may decline requests that are illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, or outside reasonable design scope.




4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a billing cycle, the Client receives full ownership rights to final, approved design deliverables created during that cycle. Source files are provided where applicable.

Good Work Studio retains ownership of all drafts, unused concepts, internal processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.



4.1 Portfolio Rights

Good Work Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and for promotional purposes unless a signed NDA or written agreement states otherwise.


4.2 Third-Party Assets (Fonts, Stock, Vectors)

Designs may incorporate third-party licensed assets such as stock photography, stock vectors, licensed fonts, or icon libraries.

If a paid commercial license is required, the Client is responsible for purchasing the appropriate license. Good Work Studio may purchase the asset on the Client's behalf and invoice separately, or request the Client to purchase directly. Good Work Studio is not responsible for ongoing license compliance once files are transferred.




5. Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy


5.1 Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis from the signup date. Billing is processed manually by Good Work Studio. Invoices are issued via the client portal (Zendo) and are due upon receipt.

Accepted payment methods: GCash, PayPal, Wise and direct bank transfer.


Work begins only after full payment is confirmed.


5.2 Cancellation

Clients may cancel at any time by sending written notice to hello@goodworkstudio.co at least 7 days before the next billing date.


Upon cancellation:

  • Service continues through the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No further charges are made.

  • There are no cancellation fees.


Resubscription is subject to availability and current pricing at the time of return.



5.3 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. By subscribing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.



5.4 Suspension for Non-Payment

Failure to pay within 5 business days of the invoice due date may result in:

  • Immediate pause of the design queue

  • Suspension of file access

  • Termination of service


Clients are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion costs incurred through their chosen payment method.




6. Founding Member Rate

Founding Member pricing is available to the first 3 clients across all plans. The founding rate is permanently locked in for the duration of an active subscription. If a subscription is cancelled, the founding rate is forfeited and resubscription is subject to current standard pricing.




7. Client Representations & Warranties


By using Good Work Studio's services, the Client represents and warrants that:

  • All materials provided (logos, copy, images, brand assets) are owned by the Client or properly licensed for use.

  • Provided materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • The Client has full authority to enter into this agreement.

  • The Client will not use designs for illegal or unlawful purposes.

  • The Client will not resell subscription services as their own without a separate written agreement.


The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Good Work Studio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from materials supplied by the Client.




8. Prohibited Activities

Clients may not use Good Work Studio's services to create materials that:

  • Promote illegal activity

  • Contain hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

  • Infringe trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property

  • Are deceptive, fraudulent, or defamatory

  • Violate advertising laws or platform policies


Good Work Studio reserves the right to refuse or immediately terminate service if such activities are identified.




9. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

Good Work Studio operates during standard business days in the Philippines (Monday–Friday, Philippine Standard Time). Public holidays observed in the Philippines may affect turnaround times.


Because this is a single-operator studio, occasional delays may occur due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the active billing cycle may be extended at Good Work Studio's discretion.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Good Work Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client in the most recent billing cycle.




10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.




11. Changes to These Terms

Good Work Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.





Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Good Work Studio collects the following information to provide and manage services:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Business name

  • Payment information (processed externally — see Section 3)

  • Design briefs, brand assets, and files shared during the engagement



2. How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used to:

  • Manage subscriptions and client accounts

  • Process payments and issue invoices

  • Deliver design services via the Zendo client portal

  • Communicate with clients regarding active requests

  • Improve studio operations



3. Third-Party Services

To operate the studio, we share necessary data with trusted third-party services:

  • Zendo — client portal, project management, and invoicing

  • PayPal — payment processing (where applicable)

  • GCash / Direct Bank Transfer — manual payment processing (where applicable)

  • Wise — manual payment processing (where applicable)

  • Google Drive / Cloud Storage — file delivery and storage

  • Tally — intake form processing

We do not sell, lease, or trade personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

Client files, briefs, and communication history are retained for the duration of the active subscription and for a reasonable archival period thereafter.


Clients may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting hello@goodworkstudio.co. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.



5. Data Security

Good Work Studio takes reasonable measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.



6. Your Rights

Clients have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data held about them

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of their data

  • Withdraw consent at any time (subject to active service obligations)
