Services

We provide graphic design services through a subscription-based model and, in some cases, one-time design projects. Service scope, turnaround times, and deliverables depend on the selected plan.

Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payments are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

• Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Requests & Revisions

• Design requests are handled one active task at a time unless otherwise stated in the selected plan.

• Revisions are included within reasonable limits aligned with the original request.

Ownership & Usage

Final, approved designs are owned by the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Prohibited Use

Clients may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Goodworks Graphic Design Services PH shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

REFUND POLICY

At Goodworks Graphic Design Services, we value transparency and fairness.

Subscription Payments

• All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

• Clients may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

One-Time Projects

For one-time services, refunds may be considered only if:

• No work has been started, and

• The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.

No Refunds for Completed Work

Once design work has been delivered or substantially started, refunds will not be issued.

Exceptional Cases

Refund requests due to duplicate charges or billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
